Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, this is a serene setting for your getaway to San Luis Obispo’s Edna Valley.

Location

The Ranch House at Greengate Ranch and Vineyard is located just south of San Luis Obispo in an area known as the Edna Valley. This town is quickly becoming known for its award winning wineries but it also has a historic past that can be seen at the Edna townsite. Visitors to the area will find this an excellent homebase for exploring the Highway 1 Discovery Route; it includes everything from whale watching to world class golf courses.

Layout

The Ranch House at Greengate Ranch and Vineyard is a 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom vacation rental house with 6,000 square feet of living space. Featuring four master suites, the house is able to accommodate more than 12 guests in total. Surrounded by 360-degree vineyard views, this house also has a chef’s kitchen, large living room, game room and bar. Outside, there are patios in the front and rear, as well as a BBQ area.

Three other properties are available on the Greengate Ranch and Vineyard property. The Carriage House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom guest house; the Vineyard House has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the Bridle Flat has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Amenities

The house is more than well equipped for your visit. The chef’s kitchen a six-burner range, along with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. There is also a wine connoisseur’s bar, plus three wine refrigerators. The entire house features designer furnishings. For your convenience, there are full laundry facilities and parking for at least 10 vehicles. The outdoor space includes a BBQ, burner, sink and drink refrigerator. There is also a bocce court and horseshoe pit.
