Location

Cayucos is situated along Highway 1 in California between Cambria and Morro Bay. This beachside town provides visitors a quiet and uncrowded getaway spot. It is also surrounded by other beachy towns, each with its own unique vibe. Wondering when is the best time to visit Cayucos? Winter is a surprisingly great time to visit and check out the Season of Coastal Discovery. This is when many animals, including birds, whales and butterflies, are migrating through the area. If you come during the busier summer season, Cayucos hosts an all-out bash for the Fourth of July. It’s complete with a parade, sandcastle contest and fireworks. 

Layout

The Roomy, Single Story House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The primary and secondary bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The living space including the dining room and kitchen, are all located on the ocean side of the house, providing great views. The bedrooms are all located on the opposite side of the house for privacy. There is also a separate one bedroom apartment that can be added to the rental, for additional space and privacy. The property has a small patio, but the best feature is that the front yard is the beach. 

Amenities

Amenities at this Cayucos vacation rental include a fireplace and flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen has all major appliances including a dishwasher, and there is a barbecue on the patio. The rental includes parking for two cars. This property does not include linens and towels.
