Location

The Arroyo Grande Valley is a rural area just south of San Luis Obispo and near the Pacific Ocean. This area is also home to a burgeoning wine region that includes the neighboring Edna Valley. The area is popular with adventure seekers who enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and checking out the Vista Lago Adventure Park. If you are looking for something more relaxing, you can taste at the local wineries or pick the perfect produce at the farmers market. 

Layout

The Quiet Oaks Bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate 10 guests. The cozy living room takes advantage of the great views and has a gas fireplace. The modern kitchen also takes advantage of the views. The dining room has a table that seats six. All of the bedrooms feature great natural light and plenty of space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The bonus room has bunk beds to accommodate four more guests. The patio might just be the best part. It includes an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit, great for taking advantage of the mild climate.

Amenities

There is no shortage of amenities at this vacation rental. There is plenty to keep you entertained with the high speed internet, TV with cable and DVDs, books, board games, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. For the little ones, there are toys, books and a travel crib. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you want to do. And the icing on the cake is the hot tub overlooking the valley.
