You will understand why Cambria is known as “Pines by the Sea” after a visit to the Holly Hill Cottage. Surrounded by the tall pines, this house will be a sanctuary from your everyday life. From here you will have easy access to several top attractions nearby. Just a short walk away is the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve which is full of leisurely trails and wildlife. When you are ready to get out and explore more, you can visit the East and West Villages to compare the two sides of town. Both are full of boutique shops and great restaurants. For something a little more unusual, stop by Nitt Witt Ridge to see what happens when you build a house from Hearst Castle leftovers.

Layout

This cozy vacation rental has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms for 4 guests. The comfortable living room takes advantage of the large fireplace with full hearth. The kitchen and dining room are adjacent to the living area and offer all the modern comforts. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The larger bathroom has a generous soaking tub for relaxing with a good book. A large balcony provides views of the trees and the perfect spot to do some wildlife watching. There is plenty of privacy in this two story house.

Amenities

All the bases are covered at the Holly Hill Cottage. This vacation rental includes all your linens and towels, plus cookware and dishes. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use as well. There is not a fenced yard but pets will be considered. The house has a one car garage with additional parking in the driveway.
