Location

Cayucos is located about 90 miles south of Big Sur on the scenic Highway 1. It is a perfect place to begin or end your memorable road trip along the route. Spend a few nights and you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful beaches. These sandy shores are known for being both scenic and uncrowded. Cayucos State Beach is always a popular choice for its easy access and variety of activities. But other beaches nearby offer the chance to watch kite surfers, watch pups run free, or take a lazy stroll. 

Layout

Laura’s Landing is a two story condo with views of the beach and historic pier. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are two decks overlooking the beach – one is off the living room and the other is off the primary bedroom. Each has seating and the downstairs one has a barbecue grill. The kitchen has all the basics covered and there is a dining room table that easily seats six. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

This Cayucos vacation rental has a nice complement of amenities for guests. Included in the unit are WiFi, flat screen TV and satellite or cable service. This non-smoking condo includes parking for one vehicle and there is a coin-op laundry on site. Best of all is the easy beach access without ever having to get in the car.
