Location
Get away from it all and get away to the most memorable of beach retreats. Cayucos is a scenic Highway 1 destination on California’s Central Coast. This picturesque town can sometimes feel like a walk back in time to an era where people were friendly and everything moved at a slower pace. There is no need to rush here…take time to soak in the beauty of everything around you. Spend an afternoon checking out the Estero Bluffs with its views of Cayucos from the north. In the evening, stroll downtown to visit the locally owned shops and restaurants.
Layout
Touching the Surf and Sand is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that sleeps as many as 10 guests. This 2,500 square foot property features unobstructed views of the Pacific and was designed by local architect, George Nagano. Sleeping arrangements include one king size bed, two queen sized beds, two twins and a bunk bed. All bedrooms, with the exception of the primary suite, are located downstairs. The house includes an outdoor atrium and double sided fireplace. The house retains its original character, including the mid century wood paneling throughout, as well as the walls of windows designed to merge the indoor and outdoor.
Amenities
This property has the modern conveniences that will make your vacation enjoyable. There is WiFi throughout the house and televisions with cable/satellite service. The outside space includes a barbecue and a patio table with chairs. There is a washer and dryer available for guests to use and your rental includes parking in both the garage and on the street in front of the house.
