Layout

This San Simeon vacation rental condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property will accommodate four guests. The living room has a wall of windows to the Pacific and a fireplace for chilly evenings. The galley style kitchen has a pass through window to the dining area, which includes a table for four. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The best feature is the private deck that sits on the beach. It includes chairs for you to relax and soak up the views.
