Being the first vineyard planted in the Edna Valley, Chamisal Vineyards focuses on producing wines that embody the region’s natural characteristics to create a bold and intriguing product. This distinct taste is described as “Chamisal Spice,” with nuances of Christmas spices, nutmeg, orange zest, and tangerine. Its product range includes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Grenache and Pinot Gris which are divided into 4 product categories- Califa (Prettiest One) Wines, Small Lot Wines, Estate Wines and Stainless Chardonnay, which was produced in 2009 in stainless steel vat and oak barrels. The Stainless Steel fermentation process is a new trend for refreshing wines, and Chamisal is on the leading edge.
