Using the plentiful fresh seafood right off the boats, the chef here piles crisp greens and julienned cabbages with huge seared scallops, black beans, fresh corn, shredded jack and mango salsa on a large tortilla for one of the Temple’s most popular dishes: the Sea Scallop Mexican Pizza. The emphasis here is on fresh, healthy combinations served up in very generous portions.
