Winemaker's Dinner at Cambria Pines Lodge

Cambria Pines Lodge partners with Opolo Vineyards of Paso Robles, to present the Opolo Winemaker’s Dinner on Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This five-course meal will be expertly paired with award-winning wines from Opolo’s cellar. An Opolo expert will guide guests through each food and wine pairing.

The Winemaker’s Dinner will be a relaxing evening in the charming Pavilion Garden at Cambria Pines Lodge. Sit back and relax in a beautiful garden setting as you enjoy a decadent meal while tasting popular wines from the Central Coast.

Tickets are $130 per person plus tax. Tickets are limited and must be pre-purchased by filling out the form online, and their events team will contact you to confirm your reservation. This event is 21+.

Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy a getaway to the Lodge and stay overnight on a special package deal. The Winemaker’s Dinner Package includes hotel accommodations, tickets to the Winemaker’s Dinner, and breakfast in the morning. This package can be booked online.

The menu, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients, includes:

Welcome Wine:
Moonstone Sparkling

Course 1:
Spinach, sliced strawberries, feta cheese crumbles, toasted pecans and almonds
with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Wine Pairing: 2022 Viognier

Course 2:
Margherita flatbread topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and olive
oil drizzle

Wine Pairing: 2021 Sangiovese

Course 3:
Roasted pork tenderloin crostini with a caramelized pear brandy sauce

Wine Pairing: 2021 Mountain Zinfandel

Course 4:
Filet mignon with truffle butter

Wine Pairing: 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Course 5:
Peach cobbler tart

Wine Pairing: 2020 Reserve Willow Cuvee
