Skim Boarding

Skim boarding is a cross between surfing and skateboarding. It takes place at the shoreline instead of in the water or on the street. Skim board in hand, riders wait for waves to break at the tide line, then they run and drop their boards, jumping on for a skim across the water that's only inches deep.
