Henry Gonzales is the most current owner of the oldest established, continuously running butcher shop in Central California. Since 1898, this bustling shop has been serving up the finest meats, custom-cut and wrapped to order to a loyal and ever-expanding fan club. Henry orders only the very best grades of meat, smokes his own ham and bacon, makes his own pastrami and several kinds of sausage, and will even butcher and roast your own livestock to your specifications.
