We purchase our beans from the small estates and co-ops that provide the ideal altitude, climate and soil conditions for our coffee. Our master roaster, Phil Grant, micro-roasts these premium coffee beans in small batches of no more than 45 pounds to ensure that you receive the highest quality and freshness possible.
