It is said that, “If you don’t love what you’re doing, you shouldn’t be doing it.” To that end, Shell Beach Brewhouse is the result of good friends rallying around a geniune passion for innovative food, dynamic beer, and service that goes above and beyond to create a truly unique restaurant experience.

At the core of what we do is family. Not only the collection of families that make up our founders, or the family we have created amongst our staff, but the family that is Shell Beach, California. By pairing seasoned East Coast Chef, Jason Gable, with a team of local restaurant veterans, the goal is to bring both tavern classics you can count on, and an ever changing array of distinct originals.

After revamping the historic building at 1527 Shell Beach Road, located in the heart of the Shell Beach strip, we have taken every effort tto protect the building’s storied history, while at the same time bringing a level of sophistication that has evolved along with the community.
