Shine Cafe

All organic, all healthy, and all simply delicious, the dishes here cater to vegetarians and vegans in a small, intimate cafe located inside Sunshine Health Foods in downtown Morro Bay. Open for breakfast and lunch, this tiny homage to our health features tempeh dishes, tacos, salads, smoothies, and soups. But it’s their spring rolls that are the best surprise. They come three to an order and are filled with fresh vegetables seasoned to perfection…or try the sweet ones, with fresh fruit, cream cheese, and chocolate shavings. Take your time, the pace is slow: but isn’t that why you’re on vacation?
