The Ananda Log Cabin is a glorious escape from it all in the Arroyo Grande Valley on California’s Central Coast. This modernized 2,200 square foot cabin is set on 35 acres of private land filled with local wildlife. It is also pet friendly!

Location

Situated in the Arroyo Grande Valley, the Ananda Log Cabin is east of the city and close to the Lopez Lake Recreation Area. You will feel you are in another world, but you are just 25 minutes from town. This is a truly rural destination for those looking to escape, and perhaps even unplug. If you do decide to get out and explore the area, you will find a variety of things to do in the Arroyo Grande Valley and beyond. Spend an afternoon wine tasting at the award winning tasting rooms along Highway 1. Plan a morning or sunset walk one one of the beautiful, sandy beaches. And the rural setting is perfect for a great day of hiking – just pack a picnic and head out!

Layout

The Ananda Log Cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that can sleep as many as 8 guests. The primary bedroom has one king size bed and two double beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king, two singles, and one sofa bed. The bedrooms are plenty large enough to have multiple beds without feeling cramped. This luxury interpretation of a log cabin includes a living room with a stone fireplace and high ceilings. The kitchen is large and modern with a fun log bar. The dining table can fit the whole group with its bench seating. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous views and wildlife such as llamas, cows, wild turkeys and deer.

Amenities here include WiFi and TV, plus washer and dryer. The house has both air conditioning and heating. On the patio you’ll find both a hot tub and a barbecue grill.
