Location

Avila Beach is situated along the Pacific and is home to a small downtown and two historic piers. The town has a mild climate and the weather is generally very mild year-round. Visitors here can take advantage of multiple beaches – something for every sand lover can be found here. Explore the water by kayak or check your balance on a paddle board. Want a different perspective? Head to nearby Oceano and take a biplane ride over the coast. Or keep two feet firmly on the ground with a hike along any of the wonderful trails in the area. When you come back in the evenings, you can prepare dinner in your fully equipped kitchen or check out one of the many popular restaurants in town.

Layout

Avila Beach Apartments and Vacation Rentals has several units available for rent. There are twelve units in townhouse style with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Each one is around 1,200 square feet of living space and includes a two car garage. There are two studio units that have approximately 540 square feet and also include a single car garage.

All units have a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a three-sided fireplace for a cozy evening. Guests appreciate the coin operated laundry facilities in the complex. In the garage you will find some beach chairs and other amenities to make your stay easier. Each unit is designed to be comfortable and includes nautical touches throughout.
