Location

You will find yourself wanting to spend time enjoying the comfort of Avila Tides. When you do venture out, you will find plenty to keep you entertained in and around Avila Beach. The beach, with the popular Avila Pier, is just a two minute walk from the condo. Avila Beach Golf Resort is also nearby for a round of 18 holes. Or plan to take a walk, jog or bike ride along the Bob Jones Trail. This paved path is five miles out and back, and is popular among locals.  

Layout

Avila Tides is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This two story unit has a master suite on the first floor, with a queen sized bed, rollaway twin bed, fireplace and TV. Also on the first floor are the laundry center and garage with parking for one car. The second floor has the living room and dining area with a table for four. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel Viking appliances and panoramic sliding glass doors onto the large balcony with a dining table for six. The second balcony is off the living room and a staircase to the popular rooftop deck. There you will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, dining table for four, and limited ocean views.

Amenities

This vacation rental in Avila Beach has plenty of amenities to keep you satisfied during your stay. This condo has Wifi and cable TV. The gourmet kitchen includes all major appliances and is well stocked. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and two fireplaces in the unit. The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. There is parking for one car available in the garage with additional parking on the street.
