Just across the street is Avila Beach Golf Resort, the perfect place to get in a round or check out top local events.

Layout

This house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Beach Dreamer has three master suites, each with a king bed. The first suite includes a private patio and mini kitchenette, and the bathroom has an oversized shower plus soaking tub. The fourth bedroom is set up as a private office space and includes a Murphy bed. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and is open to the dining area with a table that seats up to 12. There is a large balcony off the living room that includes additional dining space, perfect for al fresco meals. The outdoor kitchen is the perfect place to barbecue and watch the sunset.

There is no shortage of amenities at this picturesque house. In addition to the WiFi, there are large screen TVs with premium channels throughout the house, including a 70” screen in the great room and a 60” in the family room. The integrated sound system is ready to play your favorite streaming service, including sound on the rooftop decks. To keep everyone entertained, there is a pool and gaming table in the family room. After a day at the beach, stop at the outdoor shower to rinse off.
