Not all beachfront vacation rentals are the same. This Beachfront Retro House has a unique style, making it all the more memorable. The house, located in Oceano along Highway 1, offers plenty of modern amenities to please any visitors.

Location

The Beachfront Retro House is truly beachfront with a wide expanse of sand out the back door. Enjoy a morning walk along the shore or set up the camera to take in spectacular sunsets. When you are ready to venture out to explore the area, you will find plenty to do nearby. Spend a few hours hitting the links on one of the many top golf courses in the area. For more relaxation, grab a pole and do some fishing from the shoreline or the nearby Pismo pier (no license needed to fish from the pier!). If history is your thing, head over to the Oceano Train Depot.

Layout

The Beachfront Retro House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to 14 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper;  and the third bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The other sleeping arrangements are two additional sofa sleepers. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone. The retro kitchen includes two pass-throughs that double as breakfast counters. The back patio includes a picnic table for dining al fresco.

Amenities

The design is retro but the amenities are modern at this vacation rental. WiFi is included and there is television service, plus HDMI cables for your favorite streaming options. The fully stocked kitchen includes all major appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K cups!). The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer. The patio includes a fire pit for enjoying sunset s’mores on the beach.
