Layout

The Cozy Cape Cod Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1 bedroom house that accommodates between 4 to 8 guests. The first floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This vintage home has been updated but retains the original character and quirks because a beach vacation is all about the beach. This house is on the beach and stairs to the sand are just one house (less than 60 steps!) away.
