Casa San Miguelito is your home by the sea getaway. This vacation rental in Avila Beach is just a short walk to the beach. The historic home was built in 1896 and is one of the few original houses remaining. The house has been moved three times around the town. The property is named after the original Rancho San Miguelito land grant. That grant, to Miguel Avila, included the town of Avila Beach.

Location

This Avila Beach vacation rental is in the downtown area. Guests will have easy walking access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Dog beach is just up the road, perfect since your furry friend is welcome. The Avila Beach Pier provides great photo opportunities. And nearby Harford Pier is a great spot for whale watching. Explore further to find San Luis Obispo (and Bubblegum Alley!) to the north. Just to the south is popular Pismo Beach with its own historic pier.

Layout

Casa San Miguelito is a three bedroom, one bath cottage. Each bedroom has plush bedding and plenty of closet space. You’ll have mountain and ocean views from the rooms. The living room has a TV, Italian leather sofa, and antique décor. For the cooks, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. There are Carrera marble countertops and a full set of cookware and dishes. The inside dining room has a table for six. But many opt for dining al fresco in the courtyard. 

Amenities

The owners of Casa San Miguelito ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. They can provide a B&B experience, charcuterie gift box, or handcrafted local ice cream. A stay includes complimentary coffee, tea, water and gift basket. The cottage also has beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other beach toys. There is reserved parking in front of the cottage for convenience. 

The amenities also extend to your pet! Fido will have food and water bowls, beach towels, waste bags and leashes.
