Location

Situated just south of San Luis Obispo and just inland from the Pacific, the Arroyo Grande Valley is an undiscovered secret to many. The area, along with the neighboring Edna Valley, is home to an up and coming wine region. Welcoming tasting rooms are dotted throughout valleys. The Arroyo Grande Village is home to quaint shops and great restaurants. It also features a historic swinging bridge that you can walk and bounce across. Don’t be surprised if you see roosters wandering the area. 

Layout

Casita Las Brisas is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Both of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the sunroom has a memory foam sofa sleeper. The living area is open concept with comfortable seating and a dining table for six. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for any cook. The bedrooms are both washed in natural light and thoughtfully appointed. One big surprise is the indoor-outdoor living space that opens on opposite sides to create an open air feel. The grounds of the estate are impeccably maintained. There is a walking trail through citrus trees and guests are welcome to pick some fruit. The second welcome surprise here is the private hot tub with stunning views.

The host here has focused on providing the top amenities. The WiFi is complemented by a large HDTV with Apple TV and Hulu. There are also books, board games and kid’s toys for guests. There is a central heating system and portable fans for the warmer days. Bonuses in the house include a laundry area with washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. There is parking available and an EV charging station.
