Cavalli Estates is a lavender farm with 2 gorgeous 6 bedroom/6 bath vacation rentals located in the heart and soul of Edna Valley. Both homes are designed to feel like your home away from home. The Ranch House & Suites has cozy living spaces and room for up to 28 guests. This home also has some fabulous outside areas to explore including a historic barn, reflection pond and unique treehouse. La Villa dei Cavalli is a newly-built home that can sleep up to 16 with a vast outdoor living area complete with a large pool, sunken family firepit, bocce ball court and idyllic views of the
vineyards and horse farm next door. Both homes are perfect places to spend time together with family and friends for relaxation and celebration with many spaces to explore and enjoy individually.

Location
Located on one of the largest Lavender farms in North America and surrounded by multiple world-class vineyards, the views on the property are top-notch. Nestled in the middle of Edna Valley, Cavalli Estates is minutes from the beach and in an ideal location to access everything the region has to offer.

Layout
The beautiful Ranch House has 4 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom for each and will sleep up to 12. Adjacent are the Fireside & Loft Suites, which each have their own entrances, plus sitting areas around warm fireplaces with couches that are also sleepers allowing for up to 10 more guests to sleep. There is also an attached auxiliary room that can accommodate an additional 6 guests. The Fireside Suite has a kitchen with full fridge, microwave and laundry room. The Loft Suite has a full fridge, kitchenette and patio with a firepit that faces the pond and the mountains as well as a cool loft with two twin beds which is quite popular with kids and adults alike. The kitchen in the main house has an 8-burner stove with 2 ovens, refrigerator and all the things you’d need to cook and prepare meals for your family and friends. This home also has a large game room with a pool and poker table, TVs in almost every room and a Jacuzzi and sauna. Outside there is a propane grill and a large Santa-Fe style BBQ on which you could cook a family feast!

La Villa dei Cavalli is a sleek 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath home on the hill with gorgeous views and lots of room to spread out. This home has a gourmet kitchen with a catering refrigerator, large island for gathering and cooking and an adjacent dining room that seats 12 around the table. Complete with a game room sporting a poker table, shuffleboard, TV and a kitchenette space with a built-in drawer fridge for more drink storage this home is a perfect place to hang out. Amenities
Cavalli Estates us dedicated to providing elegant comfort in each home. The beds are California kings or queens with luxurious linens and pillows, and each home has a bunk room with twin beds for families with children. All the home spaces come with Keurig coffee machines for which coffee pods are provided. The kitchens are equipped with everything needed for a party, dinner or family meal preparation including platters, serving dishes and wine glasses. All bathrooms in both homes have blow-dryers. There are laundry facilities in each home, as well iron and ironing board and a clothes steamer. WiFi is included for all homes as well as TVs in almost every room. Outside are soft seating areas, propane firepits, heaters, BBQs and even cabanas in the lavender fields for special picnics, group gatherings or just a place to sit, relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. There is plenty of parking and each home has an EV charging station.
