Location

This house is conveniently located, close to a nearby market and restaurants. You are only a few blocks away from the beach sands. There you will have the opportunity to drive directly onto the beach. Or rent an ATV or two and cruise the sands with a grin on your face. Just a few miles north is Avila Beach, where you can rent a kayak and explore the calmer waters of the bay. Or stay in Oceano and take flight in a biplane for unique views of the California Coast. If you prefer something more mellow, the nearby lagoon is great for wildlife viewing. Or in winter, the Monarch butterfly grove is popular for all ages.

Layout

Central Coast Comfort is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom has two queen sized beds and the second bedroom has a full bed. The updated kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is open to the dining area. The living room is a cozy hangout spot. Pets are welcome here and there is a fenced yard for them to enjoy. There is also seating outside to enjoy the mild evenings.
