Location

This vacation rental is located close to the sand in Oceano and a walk to Pismo State Beach nearby. These two beaches offer plenty of opportunities for sun and fun in the sand. If you’re not into ATV riding on the sand, you can go kite surfing, fishing or horseback riding. Head to nearby Avila Beach to go kayaking and paddle boarding, or walk the historic piers. When it comes time to eat, you will be a short drive to many great restaurants.

Layout

The Escape to the Central Coast is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with almost 2,500 square feet of living space to accommodate up to 12 people. The master suite and second bedrooms each have a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a twin and double bed, while the fourth bedroom has a twin, double and bunk beds. There is an open concept living area next to the well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for four. The dining table seats 10-12 people. There is a media room with blackout shades for ultimate TV and movie watching. The front yard has a cozy seating area with fire pit to enjoy the evening. There is also a rooftop balcony, a great spot for watching sunsets with a glass of wine.

Amenities

This is a non-smoking property that has many great amenities for your enjoyment. When you Escape to the Central Coast you will have WiFi, TVs with satellite or cable service, DVD player with video library, XBox One and Wii consoles with games, a ping pong table and board games. There is a travel crib available for little tikes. The house has central heating and a fireplace for comfort. There is also an outdoor shower, fenced yard, and a two car garage.
