This beautiful property is located in the Arroyo Grande Valley near San Luis Obispo on California’s Central Coast. This area is full of pastoral settings, small town charm, and great wineries. Even better, it is also just a few miles from the Pacific. That’s right, you can spend your mornings walking on Pismo State Beach and your afternoons wine tasting. Lopez Lake Recreation Area is also located in the valley. There you can enjoy freshwater fishing, great hiking trails, and the Vista Lago Adventure Park.

Layout

The Luxury Hilltop Estate has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. There are multiple living areas in the house, so everyone can have their space. The kitchen is large enough for any great chef, or even to bring in a caterer. Bring everyone together for meals at the table for 14. There is also a more formal dining area with a table for eight. All of the individually decorated bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed. The bathrooms are top notch as well, with a variety of features including soaking tubs, dual shower heads and more. Outside you will find patios and a large lawn. There is also a bocce court, swimming pool and a basketball court. Yes, a basketball court.

This house is full of luxury from top to bottom. For entertainment, there is WiFi and TV with cable, plus books, a piano and a pool table. For the kids there are children’s games, a high chair and dinnerware for tots. Other touches include a gym, hot tub and beach essentials such as towels and umbrella.
