Location

Cambria, California is often referred to as the Pines by the Sea. It is a quaint getaway located on Highway 1, south of Big Sur. The nickname is from the rare Monterey pines that are native to the area. Being surrounded by these tall trees can give the effect that you are closer to the mountains than the beach. The East Village and West Village offer two distinct business districts. We think you will find that each with its own charm – we challenge you to pick a favorite! One thing you won’t find here is chain stores or restaurants. This town is full of one-of-a-kind options. 

Layout

The Ocean Ranch Villa can accommodate 8 guests with its 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This multi-level house has the Tuscan inspired primary bedroom on the main floor, with a queen size bed, fireplace and soaking tub in the en suite bathroom. The great room has plenty of seating and a large fireplace. Next to the great room are the dining area and a spacious kitchen. There is also an entertainment room next to the kitchen, great for keeping an eye on the kids. The house also has plenty of outdoor space with a backyard, back patio and front patio set up to take advantage of the views. 

Amenities

Amenities at the villa are just as great as the house. In addition to the WiFi, there are televisions and DVD player. The house has a washer and dryer, as well as a two-car garage that are available for guests to use. There is a gas barbecue on the patio, along with table and chairs for dining outside.
