Location

Seaside Escape is located along the beach of Coastal California in San Simeon. There is private beach access directly from the house. And while you can see the neighbors, they’re far enough away that you’ll enjoy having your own space. When you go out to explore you will find top beaches and state parks nearby. There are also plenty of walking and hiking trails in both San Simeon and Cambria. If you’re looking for history, the Piedras Blancas Light Station and Point Sur Lightstation are excellent options.

Layout

This two bedroom, two bathroom house can accommodate four people, plus a pet. The living room includes a fireplace and beautiful ocean views. It leads out onto the deck and is also open to the kitchen and breakfast bar. There is also a small dining area with a table for four. The en suite master bedroom includes a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and separate bathroom with tub. There is plenty of parking available on-site.

Amenities

In addition to the wood burning fireplace in the living area, there is also a flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player and WiFi access. The deck includes a propane BBQ for cookouts (don’t miss the Farmers Market in nearby Cambria on Fridays). The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cookware. Linens are also provided and there is a washer and dryer available. Guests will also appreciate that the entire property is non-smoking.
