Location

On the southern edge of San Luis Obispo is the Edna Valley. This quiet area has become notable for its award-winning wineries so wine tasting should be on the to-do list. Plan ahead and explore more coastal wineries to compare varietals. Visitors can also go cycling through the surrounding vineyards, or stop to check out the historic Edna townsite. In the neighboring Arroyo Grande Valley, there’s freshwater fishing and an adventure park complete with ziplines. The area is also home to top restaurants, which pair great with the local wines! 

Layout

The Spreafico Farms cottage is a 450 square foot rental designed for one or two people. It includes a queen bed and private bathroom. There is also a private patio for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings with a glass of wine. The decor of the cozy space is rustic, as you would expect on a farm. You’ll be within walking distance of the historic barn, which is one of the oldest milking barns in the county.

The event space sits atop a hillside with 360 degree views. The barn building includes pews, indoor and outdoor bars, private restroom, private patio, tables, heaters and a large parking area.
