Location

Dream Catcher is set in the Marine Terrace area of Cambria, just a few blocks from the beach. After walking down to watch the waves, you can walk a block north to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Here you will find several ocean view trails that are perfect for a morning wildlife walk. One of the top attractions for visitors to Cambria is Hearst Castle, in nearby San Simeon. In contrast to the extravagance of the castle is Nitt Witt Ridge, an artsy enclave made from leftover elements from the castle’s construction. Both homes are photo worthy and sights to behold.

Layout

This house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed to host 6 guests. The oversized living room has a fireplace and is designed to take advantage of the great views of the Pacific. There is a small dining table for four and a larger dining table for six in the living area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for two and ocean views. Upstairs is a large loft area, perfect for watching TV. The master and second bedroom each have king size beds and sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds. 

Amenities

This vacation rental is decked out with great amenities. In addition to the ocean view hot tub on the balcony, there is a jetted tub with ocean views in the master bathroom. There are large flat screen TVs throughout the house, plus media players and WiFi. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use. There is also a two car garage. This non-smoking rental does not allow pets.
