This makes it perfect for multi-generational families or couples that want more privacy. Either way, this property is perched on the beach with stairs right onto the sand.

Location

Highway 1 is known for beautiful scenery, but it is so much more. The coastal town of Cayucos offers many great things to do during your visit. If your group of travelers loves food and wine, then this is a great place to stay. This stretch of Highway 1 has some truly incredible and under the radar wineries. But it’s more than just wine, there are also great craft breweries and distilleries worthy of a stop. You can choose to designate a driver or hire one of the local tour companies to provide personalized recommendations. Make sure your day ends as well as it starts. Plan ahead and make a reservation at any of the top restaurants in Cayucos for dinner. There are no chains here, just locally owned spots serving fresh fare, including locally caught seafood.

Layout

Beach Haven vacation rental is two sides of a duplex that can be rented separately or together. Unit A has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the oceanfront side of the property. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and there is a futon in the common area. This side also has an ocean view patio with table and chairs. Unit B has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, on the street side of the property. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a futon in the living room. This side has a small kitchen and dining area that seats three people. 

Amenities

Both units of Beach Haven included WiFi and cable TV service. Unit A has a washer and dryer, as well as a barbecue grill on the beachfront patio. There is plenty of parking provided for both units. Pets and smoking are prohibited in both units.
