Cayucos is a lesser known beach town south of Big Sur and Cambria on the epic Highway 1 in California. This friendly town has welcoming locals, jaw dropping beaches and plenty of photogenic scenery. This vacation rental is situated to take advantage of all that Cayucos has to offer. If you love the excitement of crowds, then book your stay to coincide with popular events, such as the annual 4th of July festivities which include an old fashioned, small town parade and a sand sculpture contest. 

Layout

Grandma Alice’s Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is designed to accommodate 5-8 guests. This single level home has a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and twin bunk beds plus a third twin in the last bedroom. The living areas, including the kitchen, take advantage of the views of the Pacific. Don’t expect to spend too much time indoors though, because this house is on the sand! Grill using the barbecue in the yard and then dine at the picnic table on the patio while watching the waves.

Amenities

This non-smoking home is kid friendly, but pets are not allowed. Amenities include WiFi and an area suitable for laptop working. The televisions include cable/satellite service and there is a DVD player as well. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you would expect and linens are provided. The house also has a washer and dryer, and plenty of available parking.
