The Farm at Cavalli Estates is an equestrian farm with a luxury vacation rental, located in the heart and soul of Edna  Valley. These homes are designed to feel like your home away from home. The Vineyard House with Pool House and  Stone House Suites has cozy living spaces and room for up to 14 guests. This unique home has doors across the entire side of the house that open up to the outside deck and pool. It’s an indoor/outdoor space with all the luxury and comfort of indoor living, paired with the relaxed  atmosphere of the outdoors. This home also has fabulous outside areas to explore amongst the vineyards. There are horses, alpacas and lambs to meet on the property.

Location

Surrounded by multiple world-class vineyards and gorgeous horses, the views on the property are a feast for the eyes. Nestled in the middle of Edna Valley, this property is minutes from the beach and in an ideal location to access everything the region has to offer.

Layout

The beautiful Vineyard House has 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable king beds and a bathroom for each and sleeps up to 6. The kitchen in the main house has an 8-burner stove with 2 ovens, refrigerator and all the things you’d need to cook and prepare meals for your family and friends. Directly adjacent is the Pool house which has its own separate entrance that opens up to the pool plus a king bed, kitchenette and a sitting area with couches that can be transformed into queen sleepers, allowing for up to 6 more guests to stay. The Stone House is an adorable little studio, perfect for 2 people. It’s the ideal place to relax, in the king bed or in the en-suite bathroom’s luxurious soaking tub. There is also a little kitchen and dining area with lovely views from every window. This home also has a pool and a hot tub where you can relax the day away while looking up at the stars. There are bridle trails that connect throughout the vineyards on the property; superb for those who love to walk, hike or ride.

Amenities

Cavalli Estates is dedicated to providing elegant comfort. The beds are California kings or queens with luxurious linens & pillows. The homes come with Keurig or Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee pods are provided and the kitchens are equipped with everything needed for a party, dinner or family meal preparation including platters, serving dishes and wine glasses. All the bathrooms have blow dryers and any toiletries needed. There is a washer and dryer in the main house as well as an iron and ironing board. WiFi is included as well as several TVs throughout the home. Outside are soft seating areas, a pool, hot tub, 3 firepits and a court for a rousing game of pickleball or tennis.
