Jade Cove is located along Highway 1 between the two small towns of Gorda and Lucia. Go north past Los Burros Road and watch for a turnout and small sign next to the road. Take the trail to the beach and explore this geologically diverse stretch of coast. The trail can be a challenge and is not recommended for small children.
Once you get down to the beach you can enjoy hunting for jade, scuba diving, watching hang-gliders and para-gliders in the area or exploring the tide pools.
