A Wave from it All is the perfect balance between the sea and the mountains. This beautiful vacation rental house is tucked into the mountains, just across from the Avila Beach Golf Resort. It is also just a short walk to the sandy beach and Avila Pier. 

Location

Set along the edge of downtown Avila Beach, A Wave from it All, is indeed away from the busier Promenade area. Yet, you are still a short walking distance to joining the fun there or on the beach. Across the street is the popular Avila Beach Golf Resort, which is also home to Mulligan’s Bar and Grill, as well as concerts throughout the year. Downtown Avila Beach is home to several tasting rooms for local wine and craft beer, in addition to many restaurants. For family friendly fun, check out the Central Coast Aquarium and Avila Valley Barn.

Layout

A Wave from it All is a large home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms on the downstairs level, including a studio master suite. This suite includes a king size bed, mini kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance. The second master suite is upstairs and is en suite with a large soaking tub. The second floor living space has an open concept with cathedral ceilings. There are several outdoor spaces, including a third floor deck situated under 100-year old oak trees. 

Amenities

This large home has plenty of amenities including WiFi throughout, plus premium TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances that will be a chef’s delight. The living room has a fireplace and the house has central heating and air conditioning, plus ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer available for guests to use. The house has a 2-car garage plus driveway parking.
