Location

Located on the east side of Highway 1 in San Simeon, this condo is close to Pico Creek and Arroyo Laguna. Surfers and kite surfers consider Pico Creek a top destination for catching waves. In contrast, Arroyo Laguna beach is home to lounging elephant seals. There are coastal wineries and breweries to visit in San Simeon and nearby Cambria. A drive further inland on scenic Highway 46 will lead you to the noted Paso Robles wine country. Layout

The Cozy Condo is a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom property designed to accommodate four people. The living area includes a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and pass through to the dining area. Most furnishings in the common areas are wicker. The dining table seats four people. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a small patio to enjoy. 

Amenities

All of the basic amenities are provided for in the Cozy Condo. This non-smoking property includes WiFi and flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Linens are also provided for guests, along with a washer and dryer. The patio includes an outdoor grill. For your convenience, there is also a garage at the condo. No pets are allowed.
