The Kelsey Family Beach House welcomes you to make new memories at their Avila Beach vacation rental. This 1,800 square foot house is just two blocks from the beach. With panoramic views of the Pacific and unforgettable outdoor spaces, you won’t want to leave.

Location

Avila Beach is a beautiful coastal town along California’s Central Coast. There is plenty to do here including great hiking trails or the more mellow Bob Jones Trail. Enjoy the water by renting a kayak to explore the bay. Spend an afternoon checking out the area’s wine tasting rooms and craft breweries. Have kids along for the trip? Check out the Central Coast Aquarium for some hands-on fun and then head to the Avila Valley Barn for fresh goodies and the petting zoo.

Layout

The Kelsey Family Beach House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The comfortable living room has stunning ocean views and a fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for two and an adjacent dining area with a table six. The master bedroom has ocean views and a king size bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the third bedroom has a king size bed plus a futon and kitchenette. The patio has amazing beach views and dining tables and chairs. 

Amenities

Keep everyone happy with all the great amenities at the Kelsey Family Beach House. There is WiFi and the TVs in the home have cable. For comfort, there is central heating, a fireplace, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen includes all major appliances plus dishware and utensils, plus a barbecue grill outside. There are laundry facilities available in this single level house. There is parking for five cars on the property. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels are provided for guest use.
