The Olallieberry Inn is an inviting bed and breakfast located in Cambria, California. This cozy B&B prides itself on offering “modern luxury in a historic setting.” It is named for the popular berry that grows in the area, a cross between loganberry and youngberry that is ⅓ raspberry and ⅔ blackberry.
Location
Located on the aptly named Main Street in Cambria, the inn is well situated for exploring this scenic town. One stop you will definitely want to make is at Linn’s Restaurant where you can try their famed Olallieberry pie. (You will also likely find olallieberry yogurt on the breakfast table at the B&B!) Spend a day of leisure strolling through Cambria’s East Village. Here you will find an assortment of antique and vintage shops with unique treasures. Rooms
The Olallieberry Inn is the type of bed and breakfast that you look forward to visiting over and over again. There are 9 distinctly different rooms in the house, each paying homage to the home’s original design. The Creekside Suite is a first floor carriage house option that is en suite, has a king bed and large sitting room with a fireplace. The Sunrise room is a second floor carriage house room with a king bed and en suite bathroom, plus a private balcony. Angel’s Nook is a second floor carriage house room with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The Cambria, San Simeon and Santa Rosa rooms are on the first floor of the main house, with king or queen beds and en suite bathrooms. Room at the Top, Harmony and Olallieberry are second floor rooms in the main house.
Amenities
As you would expect from a B&B, the amenities here are top notch. In addition to the hot gourmet breakfast each morning, there is also afternoon tea and fresh baked cookies. Soft drinks and bottled water are also included. Each afternoon you will find wine and hors d’oeuvres awaiting. There are fireplaces in every room and the Cambria room is an accessible room. Guests will enjoy the premium linens, plush beds, bathrooms and exclusive spa products as well.
