Walk out the door and onto the sand at the Strandcastle Beach House, a 3,120-square-foot oceanfront home sitting directly on the Strand — the only strip of homes on the entire Central Coast where guests can step straight from the doorstep onto the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the full west side of the home, making it virtually impossible to look away from the magnificent views of white sand, the Pacific Ocean, and the Oceano dunes beyond. Thoughtfully upgraded and decorated with a Cali beach vibe, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and make memories.

Location

The Strandcastle Beach House is nestled in the heart of Oceano & Nipomo, the southernmost stop on the Central Coast’s celebrated stretch of Highway 1. Step out the front door and the Oceano Dunes SVRA is your backyard — 5.5 miles of drivable beach, off-road dune adventures, horseback riding on the sand, and world-class surf await. Stroll north along the shoreline to reach Pismo Beach and its iconic pier, or venture a short drive to the sunny cove of Avila Beach, the Arroyo Grande Village, the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, and the grandeur of Hearst Castle.

Layout

The main floor features a gourmet kitchen, a breakfast nook, and a large living room with cable TV, games, and books that opens directly to a beachfront patio with BBQ grill and beach toys. A full dining room connects to an outdoor dining space, also with patio access. Two bedrooms are on this floor: one queen bedroom and one bunk room that sleeps five (two bunk beds with three twin and one full). A full bathroom serves this level. The second floor holds the private primary suite with a Cal King bed and five-piece en suite bath, an upstairs queen bedroom with its own private en suite bath and balcony, and a spacious second living room with a wet bar and sweeping ocean views. Two covered garage spaces accommodate parking.

Amenities

The home sleeps 12 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a gourmet kitchen, wet bar, BBQ grill, and a beachfront patio and two balconies for soaking up those ocean views. Families will appreciate the thoughtful extras: a high chair, Hatch sound machines, beach toys, and plenty of games and books to keep younger guests happy. Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, plush towels, and bath amenities are all provided, and parking for up to two vehicles is available in the covered garage.
