There are several great beaches to choose from. Water lovers will also enjoy kayaking or standup paddle boarding. To keep the littlest ones entertained, check out the Central Coast Aquarium with its hands-on learning opportunities. (The big kids might enjoy it just as much!) There is also the popular Avila Valley Barn with its fresh produce, baked goods and petting zoo.

This condo is located in a popular gated community and has an open floor plan. The well appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats 10. The living room has multiple sofas and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large screen TV. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed, plus a small balcony. The spacious loft area has a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper.

This condo has everything you would expect from a top property. The gated community offers a shared courtyard and this condo is just half a block from the beach. There are two dedicated underground parking spaces. The central heating is complemented by a fireplace in the living area and ceiling fans. A stack washer and dryer is included in the unit.
