The Vineyard House at Biddle Ranch is your opportunity to stay at the acclaimed winery’s guest house. You’re basically having a sleepover at the tasting room! This beautiful house is like nothing else around and is set in 17 acres of Chardonnay vines.

Location

This is truly coastal California wine country. The Edna Valley AVA offers a climate that is ideal for growing and for visitors. Beyond the notable tasting rooms here, there are also some amazing beaches worth a visit. Interested in history? Check out the History & Heritage trail winding through this stretch of Highway 1. Layout

The Vineyard House at Biddle Ranch is 3,100 square feet of rustic and mid-century modern space. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The largest bedroom has a California King bed and Queen sofa sleeper, plus sitting area. There is another bedroom with a California King bed and private outdoor seating patio. The third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen. There is a full kitchen with adjacent dining room. The large main living room has two sets of double doors onto the patio. There is also a separate kitchenette with small living area and another sofa sleeper.

Amenities

There is no shortage of amenities at the Vineyard House at Biddle Ranch. The gourmet kitchen is complete with refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. The living room includes a large fireplace and there is a soaker tub in the master bathroom. Outside includes plenty of defined spaces and comfortable seating areas. There is also a wood fire oven and BBQ outside for warm evenings (which can be year-round!). A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is accessible from the outside and there is plenty of parking available.
