The Bonny Cottage by the Sea is one of Cambria’s original cabins. Situated in the Happy Hill area of town, this vacation rental is ideally situated less than a mile from Moonstone Beach and the popular East and West Villages. 

Location

Cambria is an eclectic place to stay along California’s famed Highway 1. This small town (population just over 5,000) is filled with artists and people looking for an escape from fast-paced life. Cambria and neighboring San Simeon are home to an annual Scarecrow Festival each October. More than just the festival, fall is an excellent time to visit as the weather warms up and the fog generally burns off to reveal sunshine. Winter is an underrated time to visit the area. January and February generally offer mild weather and the arrival of migrating animals. Whales, birds, and butterflies and more are all spotted during the Season of Coastal Discovery.

The Bonny Cottage by the Sea is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom vacation cottage that sleeps 4 guests. This updated spot has vaulted ceilings and a living room with French doors that open onto the yard. The galley style kitchen has a gas stove and butcher block countertops. The dining room has a table that seats four. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite powder room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The exterior of the cottage embraces the log cabin era in which it was built. The patio is perfect for lounging and is designed around an old oak tree.
