Location

The Park Hill neighborhood is situated between the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and Moonstone Beach, near Highway 1. The preserve is home to scenic walking trails and plenty of wildlife. Spend a morning here connecting with nature and don’t forget the binoculars. Moonstone Beach is famed for its namesake stones that can be found with a keen eye. It is also home to a popular mile long boardwalk that gives you all the views but none of the sand in your shoes! Cambria is also a popular lodging spot for visitors to Hearst Castle. The world renowned mansion of publisher William Randolph Hearst is located just a short drive north.

Layout

Park Hill Ocean Views is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor of this split level home. The master suite has a king size bed and sliding glass doors onto the yard. The en suite bathroom includes a shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, daybed and sliding glass doors onto the patio. The living areas are upstairs and include the great ocean views. There is plenty of seating and a warm fireplace in the living room. The kitchen overlooks the living area and includes a large peninsula counter with a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four. This house also has great outdoor space. The yard has multiple seating areas and includes a fire pit. The balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors.
