The San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden is exclusively devoted to the plants of the five Mediterranean climate regions of the world. As a non-profit botanical garden, our mission is to honor and preserve our connection with nature. Through our programs and facilities, the Garden fosters an appreciation and understanding of the relationship between people and nature, and encourages a sense of stewardship toward the natural environment.
