Location
Situated on the edge of downtown Avila Beach, the house is the perfect home base from which to explore. Take a short walk to the Avila Pier and then explore the shops along the Promenade. Bring your golf clubs and take advantage of the Avila Beach Golf Resort across the street (or the putting green in the front yard!). Also across the street is the Bob Jones Trail, a popular paved path for walkers, joggers and casual bike riders. If you have little ones in the group, they will enjoy a visit to the Central Coast Aquarium and burn off some energy at the Pirate Playground in front. Make a short drive to the Avila Valley Barn to pick up some fresh produce and check out the petting zoo.

Avila Beach Jewel is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to 16 guests. This three story house has 3 large decks with ocean views, including 360 degree views from the top deck. The open kitchen has top grade appliances and a breakfast counter that seats four. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 12. The second floor is perfect for family time with a pool table, full bar, 75” LED TV and comfy sectional. Sleeping arrangements include two master suites and three additional bedrooms.

There are plenty of amenities to keep the family entertained and comfortable during your stay. For entertainment, there is WiFi plus satellite and cable TV, streaming music, Blu-Ray streaming DVD player, and video game hookups. That is in addition to the pool table and bar. The inside kitchen is fully stocked and there is an outdoor kitchen as well. There is a full laundry room inside the house and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. This house also include a three car garage plus parking for four additional cars outside.
