Location

If you don’t know Avila Beach, you have been missing out. Considered by many locals to be the best beaches in the area, this town has several sandy options for everyone. Once you’ve had enough fun in the sun (is there such a thing!), head to the Promenade to check out local shops and restaurants. Venture further out and explore See Canyon, which is best in fall when apple are in season and orchards are selling on-site. Or head over to the Avila Valley Barn and get your apples baked into fresh made goodies while the kids pet the kids – the petting zoo includes popular goats.

Layout

Beach Happy is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo designed to sleep up to 11 guests. This 1,800 square foot unit is located at the end of the courtyard, providing extra privacy. The en suite master bathroom has a king size bed and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom across the hallway. The large loft area has a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has high end finishes and includes a breakfast counter for two. The dining table seats four and the living room includes a fireplace.

Put away your checklist, this smoke-free vacation rental has what you are looking for. In addition to the WiFi there is cable TV provided. The kitchen includes all major appliances and there is also a barbecue grill. The secure parking garage includes two spaces and has an elevator to the courtyard. Portions of this unit are handicap accessible, but not the entire condo.
