Location

Cayucos is situated along Highway 1 in California between Cambria and Morro Bay, south of Big Sur. This beach community is loved by visitors and residents alike for being quiet and uncrowded. With mild California weather, any time of year is a great time to visit. In the summer, Cayucos goes all out for the 4th of July. Plan well in advance to enjoy the parade, sandcastle contest and fireworks from the pier. Surprisingly, winter is a great time to visit, especially in January and February. That’s when the area hosts the Season of Coastal Discovery; animals, including birds, whales and butterflies are migrating through the area. 

Layout

A World Away vacation rental has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 6 guests and is pet friendly. Sleeping arrangements include a California King bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. If you bring an air mattress, two additional guests can be accommodated. The open concept living area takes advantage of the gorgeous ocean views. The dining table easily seats six guests and there is also a table and chairs on the beachfront patio. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch TV, enjoy a good book, or just take in the views of the Pacific.
