The historic windmill is located just north of Cayucos on Highway 1.

At this park you can expect to find a pirate ship fort, grass areas with some picnic tables

Now, Avila Beach Pier is 1,685 feet long and is intended for tourist strolling as well as recreational fishing. 

There are picnic tables, play equipment, restrooms, and outside showers available.
